Our goal is to make the least processed lion's mane mushroom powder on earth. We start with USA grown, Organic Lion's Mane Mushrooms. The Fruiting Body is harvested, shredded, and immediately frozen then ze-dried. As the final step, it is ground to a fine powder and packaged.
