Step 1 — Rinse:

• Rinse the dried sea moss thoroughly under cold water to remove any sea salt or debris

Step 2 — Soak:

• Place rinsed sea moss in a bowl and cover with clean spring or alkaline water
• Soak for 12–24 hours at room temperature — the sea moss will expand significantly
• Discard the soaking water after soaking

Step 3 — Blend:

• Add soaked sea moss to a blender with fresh alkaline or spring water (start with a 1:2 ratio of sea moss to water and adjust to desired consistency)
• Blend on high until completely smooth
